Ordering Information

Order
Choose your invitation package through the online gallery then follow the simple steps to the online checkout. The process will involve entering your personal details, selecting your wording and fonts. This will be followed by full payment of products purchased.  

Minimum orders

Invitation House has a minimum order of 10 each for invitation range items (DIY, Helping Hand or Made by us) unless noted otherwise.  Minimum quanities do not apply to stock lines.

Time Frames
A design of the invitation wording and layout will be forwarded to you in 5 working days from when we receive your order and wording. This design then has to be proofed and any alterations made before the order is authorised by you and forwarded back to us. Once we have received authorisation your order will be completed ready for posting within 10 working days.

We may be able to complete your order in a shorter timeframe by negotiation, but a surcharge will apply in this instance. Please contact us to discuss further if you would like your invitations completed within our standard timeframes.

Postage
Please allow ample time for your order to arrive via Australia Post standard post.We take great care in packaging to ensure that your invitations reach you in perfect condition. We cannot be held liable for damange caused by third parties. If you wish to use Express Post or registered mail please contact us directly.
Postage & Handling fee is subject to change. If applicable, customer will be advised via email.

Our Policy

Proofs  & Printing Process
Once we have recieved your order, full wording and payment a proof of your invitation and/or accessory cards will be emailed to you to view within 5 working days. Please check over the proof thoroughly and email any changes required in bullet point format. We will then send you an updated proof within 2 business days. Any subsequent changes will incur a fee of $35.00 and will be emailed back to you for approval within 2 business days of payment of the $35.00 Design Fee.

Once signed authorisation of the design has been returned, no alterations can be made.

Reprints

Reprints can be done and will incur a $55.00 Design Fee plus the Invitation Price. Reprints will be completed within 10 business days of payment and receipt of guest details. For this reason we ask that you allow for additional guests in your initial order to avoid these charges.

Tapes
Invitation House will gladly refund the purchase price of our glue tape /refills if such products are shown to be faulty either in the mechanical operation or results in Ineffective/ unsatisfactory adhesion of products, as long as such glues are used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions . Invitation House takes no responsibility or guarantees the products if such are used in an inappropriate way and will not be liable to damage to finished products. (note guarantee is for glue tapes/refills only)
Faulty products are to be returned to Invitation House together with a summary of why products returned and evidence of faulty finished product if required. Invitation House will if product found to be faulty will refund cost of product plus an amount of $3.50 to cover return freight.

Errors
Any errors made on behalf of Invitation House will be reprinted free of charge. However errors that are within the wording submitted by the client or have been approved will be reprinted at a cost to the client. It is the client's responsibility to check all wording and layout to ensure it is correct before signing the authorisation.

Colours/Finish
Onscreen colours may appear slightly different from printed versions. Invitation House recommends that a sample be purchased prior to placing an order.

Prices
Invitation House reserves the right to alter prices without notification. All prices include 10% Goods and Services Tax. Overseas orders are exempt from the GST.

Delivery
Invitaion House will deliver all products via Australia Post standard post. Please allow ample time for delivery. Urgent or special deliveries can be accommodated at an extra cost. Overseas delivery costs will be quoted on order.

Refunds
No refunds will be given after the commencement of the order. The order will be considered final.
